Shipping Policy

  • All our products are shipped from our Mumbai office within 24 hours of receiving an order (except Sunday’s & public holidays).
  • We deliver our products all over India through our logistics partners
  • Once you place your order with us, you will receive a confirmation on your registered contact details. Subsequently, we shall provide you with the relevant tracking details. You will be able to track your order once the order is shipped for delivery
  • Orders once placed will not be able to be cancelled 
  • In case of receiving damaged or tampered packages, please write to us at contact@epigeneres.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours with a suitable resolution
  • There is no cash on delivery as of yet, all products are available for prepaid orders 
  • You can make the payment through credit or debit cards / UPI payments etc
  • MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are applicable as per the government laws
  • Once you have placed your order, your order will reach you in 3-5 business days (excluding any public holidays and Sunday’s).
  • If the seal of the product is broken or if the package has been damaged, please write to us at contact@epigeneres.com
  • Our shipping policy has been duly amended to incorporate distinct timeframes, adhering to legal requirements. Domestic shipments typically entail a processing period of 5-7 working days, while international shipments may require up to 15-20 days for processing, as mandated.
